For a special treat, feed the rays or the dolphins! The rays are quite entertaining, and petting a dolphin is awesome in itself!

Alysia enjoyed feeding all the sea creatures. BEWARE though when feeding the sea lions, there are some pretty aggressive birds that will steal the food right from your hand!! WE saw one man get bit.

You notice I didn't mention feeding the sea lions. First off, you have to toss the fish to them because sea lions have a tendency to nip, as well. And the part about birds is SO true! John was tossing fish to the sea lions when this one bird came swooping down!

We always do Sea World as our first theme park. It's small enough to see in a day, tends to be less packed and a nice introduction to holiday.
Don't forget the Shamu night show. A must see!
Have fun
