Is this like Downtown Disney or do you have to pay to get in?

No admission fee to enter the area but some of the clubs there have an individual cover charge. Oh and you have to pay parking too.

i havent been to city walks but i am sure its something like DTD......as for a charge i know its free with certain universal tickets......not sure which ones

Thanks for the info.Just wanted to go and dine at the Nascar Cafe. If you stay at one of the on site hotels they have transportation to there right?

i watched the universal studio's plannig video yesterday and they said they have buses running
