Shrek ride comes to Universal Studios

Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz are to provide the voices for a new Shrek attraction at Universal Studios theme parks in California, Florida and Japan.



Universal is producing a special 3-D animated film for the ride, set in a castlelike theatre with moving seats.

Shrek 4-D will debut at the theme parks this summer.

Visitors will wear special "OgreVision" eyeglasses to watch the 15-minute film, which will be combined with in-theatre effects.

Well there went my idea of just visiting IOA out the window. Didn't think there would be to much at US that my kids would want to see. We live in a tornado area so that ride is a no no.
Shrek sounds like something they might be able to handle. Thanks for the site. :thumbs:
