Sea World and Universal Studios

Having looked at the Sea World and Universal Studios ticket sites, I have 2 more questions which I hope you kind people can help me with.
1. Does anyone know if the discounts for Universal Studios with their Annual Pass apply to the Hard Rock Cafe.
2. Anyone know if the Sea World Fun Card really does allow you to go as much as you want until the end of the year.
3. (OK I know I said 2) Are the tickets transferrable.

Not sure if you get discounts for HRC with the APs try the website - it will tell you

Fun card - yes you can use it as many times as you wish - thats the idea;) for frequent visitors
