I know it's probably too early to broach the subject but have there been any rumors yet about which park will host HHN this year?

Last year was the first time I missed HHN in the past several years so I haven't experienced it at IOA. However, I read some bad things about it on this website so I'm hoping the event will be switched back to the studios this year. I know I would miss the parade of the dead.

The word around IOA is that HHN is definitely staying there for this year. I have been every year for the past 4 years and although it was fun at IOA I liked it a lot better at USF. The large soundstages were much better equipped for the crowds that they get and the Wild Wild Wild West Stunt Show stage was much better for the Bill and Teds show than the Pandemonium Circus.

Over at Orlandorocks.com they have some great photos of HHN from last year at IOA. Especially the Bill and Teds show.:hehe:

Last year at IOA, HHN broke all records and made FAR more money than it was budgeted to make. Even with those problems that we all saw (Bill and Ted's, etc.) it still was a huge success with those that went. Basically...yes, its staying over at IOA for the forseeable future.

As for the haunted house comment, remember that the soundstages are all accessible from IOA. The Caretaker's house was on one of the soundstages, and it was very popular. That idea could be easily expanded on...since there are two other easy paths that could take guests over to a house on a soundstage (large gate between Poseidon's Fury and Sindbad, and the back side of Sindbad). Speaking of Sindbad....even though the "Not Necessarily the Sindbad Show" at this years HHN was GREAT...my favorite thing there, honestly. That theater would be better suited for B&T. No, they couldn't build a set...but I think they could work with what is there. AND...that theater holds ALOT of people. Just a thought.
