Hi Folks

Just booked 4 days in DLP which should help feed my Disney addiction until my DW Honeymoon in June 2004. Can any one advise on the crowds in May for DLP and can anyone advise on tips for traveling from the airport to DLP and any other general tips for the park as we have never visited DLP.

Merci

Hi Pluto,

We went to DLP last May and the crowds were average, not busy at all. The weather was excellent, the kids wore shorts and t-shirts for 5 days! We're going again this May and are hoping for the same! It's a great 'Disney fix' inbetween Florida trips.

Usually we go November when the Christmas decs are up before it gets busy or Feb school holidays. Most of the rides are open by May, but I think Big Thunder Mountain is closed mid-May?

If you're used to queueing in Florida, Paris queues will be a doddle. The longest we had to wait was 30 minutes for Peter Pan, but next day we left it until last thing and ran on as the park was due to close. We stay at The Disneyland hotel and my Daughter loves being there for the rope drop and running to Dumbo. We get 2 or 3 rides before everyone else arrives!

I'm sure you'll love it anyway ~ we do!

We stayed at Santa Fe way back when it opened as "Eurodisney".
Rooms were ample sized with comfy beds. A bit like an All Star room (I think).
