Can anyone tell me which is the best water park. We are only in WDW for 10 days and probably only have time to do one water park. Which should it be? I have kids aged 12, 9 and 5. The lttles one is not very confident in the water whilst the other two are very adventurous!

:) Hi Susie!
My kids were 7,4 and 18mths when we last went. Blizzard Beach was fun but quite overwhelming, hot (alot of concrete!) and hectic. Tho your 12 and 9 year olds might enjoy that!
We much preferred Typhoon Lagoon:
1. More relaxing
2.More shaded areas (hardly any at BB)
3. felt easier to keep our eyes on the kids ( thought we'd lost our 4 year old at BB for about 20secs! seemed like a life-time!!)
We'll still be going to BB again and your oldest would probably prefer it BUT for your peace of mind (and relaxation!), I'd go with T Lagoon!!

Thanks Wendy
Thanks for your advice, I think we will stick with T. Lagoon. Did you go to Wet and Wild? I think my 12 yr old son would like that one! Don't know about the girls though!

We didn't have time to try Wet and Wild last time but think we might be getting the flex ticket next yr so would like to try it....
seems good value if you have the flex ticket and all friends I know that have been liked it.
I've heard that W&W and BB have similar rides so was advised that if short on time just to try one of them.

Hiya,
Don't forget to check what Disney park is closed for rehab during your visit prior.
BB - Agree. Too much concrete
TL - Much better. Just gotta love the Lazy River ride
WW - Nice, but not my first choice. Included in the Flex Ticket
RC - My all time fav, but now closed?
WM - Less crowded, but not as good as WW and seasonal
Tip for Disney Water parks: Do not hire the rings, as they are available for Lazy River that surrounds the park.

Wet n Wild has way to much concrete...
Blizzard Beach has more slides but I would still go for Typhoon Lagoon every time, the atmosphere is brilliant there!
