Okay everyone this is to do with universal/IOA and alcohol now even the most responsible among us need a drink kids theme parks heat q's wives;) only kidding but heres some info which some us may find interesting
Anyway, here's summary of the happy hour locations:
IOA:
Enchanted Oak Tavern - 3-6pm
Backwater Bar - 3-5(?)pm
I'm not really sure of the end time on backwater but I'm pretty sure it was (at one time) an hour earlier
US:
Finnagans - 3-5(?)
LA BAmba - 3-5(?)
The best kept secret:
Alcatraz - 2-5(?)
And don't forget City Walk has happy hour until 7.
