Star Trek video thingy!

Hiya everyone!

I have a question. Can anyone remember a shop at Universal that did special videos. You go in and choose your video (we had Star Trek) and they get you dressed in the outfits and you have to act against a blue screen. Then they dubbed you in over the top and it was like a real episode with the characters and everything. I think it used to stand near the entrance to Kongfrontation. Don't quote me on that. Anyway, it was absolutely fantastic and the video is a treasured family posession but I really want to do it again. I was 12 when I did it last (1995). Plus we've got a first timer going with us and she'd love to do it! Please, please, please don't tell me that got rid of it?!!!!! Please tell me that just moved it! If they did abolish it, is there anything similar anywhere? Please, help, I'd love to do it again!!!!!

must admith i havent seen anything like that in universal before......there is a place close to were kongfrontation was were you can a pic of yourself on the front cover of a mag.........but didnt really take any notice........i am sure someone with more knowledge on universal can answer your question or check out

YES! I remember that!

It was at the back of a merchandising store near to Kongfrontation!

Alas, I last saw it around 1996:(

DH is a huge trekker, and we were going to do it, but when we went back it had gone, never to be seen again.

Sorry, dont know anywhere else that does anything even remotely similar.
