Beach Club Villas Incentives Spring 2002.....

Reminder for folks who purchased Beach Club Villas last year and received an incentive of a Complimentary Resort Stay.... (I think it was for purchases through Spring 2002 )

I was filing some papers away and I noticed that the last day to book the complimentary stay is June 1, 2003 and travel must be completed by July 1st, 2003...

If you haven't already used your complimentary resort stay (we used ours up in August of last year :) ), don't forget to book it!

I am wondering if they will have something similar for Sarasata Springs--for the presales. When they offered the complimentary stays, it was because the BCV weren't open yet. :) ).

Did you buy into BCV? Do you feel like you have enough points?

Never enough points!

We had a few pts left from last year.... stayed in mar 2003 ( sort of high pt period) and used practically all the points we had for this year too!

Going to be a long year! We already thought about borrowing from next year but...... are hesistant to do so. So even though we are going back on may 25! we'll be paying cash not pts.

We also like to go after Christmas but again points are too high for our little points! I have been watching the resale market for more points but hate to finance more points when these aren't even paid for yet! Thinking Saratoga looks nice but we really like the closeness to the boardwalk, epcot and mgm!

Heard there might be another villas coming near MK??
Anyone got any news on this?????

I've heard several rumors about this. The rumor that I liked the best was they were going to take over the Wings of the Contemp after SOG re-opens and convert them into DVC. This has no basis in fact as far as I know--but since I really like the idea, I decided to go with it :) . ( I would definately buy DVC on the monrail if that ever happened! )

I have heard the rumor of them building on one of the golf courses - I think that's what DH has in the back of his mind...

I have heard a wild rumor a couple of weeks ago though - the PO closure is so they can finish a SOG refurb for potential sale this year, to help some of the SOG overload. I would LOVE to see that happening on one hand, but upset at loosing a moderate on the other.

Our DVC sales guy said SOG was available todya or was it Saratoga Springs? The point costs were going to be higher though!
