What is one attraction at Disneyland in which you are allowed to bring in food and drink?

Fantasmic--yes, you can have food or drink at Fantasmic--For this, unless you purchase special tickets--you just sort of mill anywhere around the Rivers of America/Haunted Mansion area at Disneyland--they don't have the bleacher seats for everyone like they do at MGM. (You could also have food and drink for the Fireworks show, too :) ).

How about an inside attraction?

We have a winner!!!

The concept behind the original Tiki Room in DL was it was going to be a restuarant. (There are still restrooms in the queue area). The restaurant plan was scrapped because it was too small to handle a large number of guests.
For a nice cool refreshing break, you can stop by the Dole booth and buy a pinneapple treat and take it inside the Tiki Room and enjoy it while watching the show.
