Help! Now that my wedding is only 2 weeks away I have 101 questions.

How much is normal to tip the minister/justice etc conducting the wedding? How much is normal to tip the Limo driver? How much is normal to tip the stylist doing hair, make up etc.

How much would a taxi from Grand Floridian to Vistana Village cost (for after meal etc). Can we take our car to GF and park there altho' we are not resident guests?

HELP!

My SIL used this recently as her guidelines - I don't see taxis on the list though: http://www.ourmarriage.com/html/tipping.html

Hope it helps...

You most definitely can take your own car to GF. I would let them Valet Park it for you since it is such a special day. I believe I paid $6.00 the last time I used Valet parking and that is good ALL day. Just tip the valet a couple of bucks when he/she retrieves your car.

Ah well - we didn't get Jimmy Johnston - Doris Peterson officiated our ceremony. She was lovely and the ceremony was very nice

Hi Babybelle,
I seem to recall that there is a parking lot especially for the wedding pavillion, you make a right turn before the GF entrance.
Best wishes for the big day.

It was lovely! The photograpeher and wedding co-ordinator were very good.

We gave our leftover cake to the limo driver and he was delighted

We were given gifts of money in dollars from my work colleagues and from our best man so we were able to upgrade our photography package and our bouquets.

Babybelle,
Oops! Just noticed that the big day had come and gone before my last post!
Best wishes for your future life together.

I did not know that you had to tip the minister. Do you have too? I am getting married at WDW on 9/23/03 and I am trying not to think about it. Please let me know how you wedding was. I hope that it was wonderful. I just read your last post. I was thinking of taking our cake to the restaurant with us. We are staying at Port Orleans Reasort and getting married at the Polynesian Resort. sun: :ears:

I would think that since you are paying the minister anyway that a tip would not be necessary. Of course if there is no fee to the minister to perform the wedding then a handsome tip would be in order.
