transportation from WDW to Universal'Island Advet.

My family will be taking their first trip to WDW aug. 2003
We want to go to Universal and Island adventures but we dont know how to get there or what transportation to take. We were not going to get a car.....What is the cheapest way to go, Taxi bus? How far away from WDW are these parks?

I was wondering this too at one point,, and I think using Happy Limo was pretty fair,, it was $55.00 for a round trip ride in a towncar. I believe Mears also does a shuttle you can arrange ahead of time, but you pay per person, and it actually adds up to even more.

I don't know what a taxi would cost for a round trip,, anyone done it that can tell us?
