50 years at SSR???

I just got an info packet in from DVC for teh Saratoga Springs Resort. It says it's for 50 years. I'm a bit upset as I just bought into BCV a year ago & just got 40 years. So are the people buying in at SSR getting an extra 10 year for basically the same money? Should I be upset????:confused:

I wouldn't be upset as SSR is selling at $10 more per point. I guess the 50 years is the incentive for the higher price.

I still think it would have been worth it. For us it would have cost $2200 more at $10 more a point but for 10more years of vacations.

This will make us look harder at SSR vs. a resale. We wee quoted $84/point at BCV in June and SSR is rumored to be $89/point. I'd glady pay an extra $5 per point for an additioanl 10 years. Also, there are supposed to be some kind of Developer's points for SSR as a bonus.

MKM - DC posted an explanation about that. But there's also an offer for $10 off per point if you buy before 10/31/03! That's almost an offer you can't refuse!
