I am visiting Disney Paris in the New Year and was looking for any advice about not to miss rides and what to miss rides for my 2 kids aged 4 & 7

Definately for the kids:

Alice's Curious Labyrinth
Mad Hatter's Tea Party
Casey Jr
Storybook Land (Le Pays du le Contes Fees)
The Shootin Gallery in Frontierland.
Disneyland Railroad
Disneyland Riverboat Landing (Molly Brown or Mark Twain)
7 Year old might like Phantom Manor and Pirates of the Caribbean, but it might be a little much for the 4 year old.
Animagique
Sleeping Beauty's Castle
Exploring Adventureland
Backstage Tram Tour
Dumbo
Flying Carpets over Agrabah
Orbitron
Its a Small World
The Petting Zoo in Frontierland.

For the kids, avoid:

Big Thunder Mountain
Rock N Roller Coaster
Indiana Jones
Armageddon
Space Mountain
And just the other BIG rides really.
