We are planning our second visit to WDW without children (although sometimes I think DH could be:)), and find that things tend to (for obvious reasons) be geared towards children. However, I found these articles

which were really useful, from requesting rooms away from too much noise, to dining. Thought it might come in handy for anyone else going without kids.
