When we go to busch gardens we plan to spend a night in something like an econolodge nearby.Having never been to tampa we would like to spend the day there, but can anyone come up with some ideas of things to do there.I have seen that they have an aquarium there and we also love ice hockey but would not know how to get game tickets(if possible)and what the cost would be.Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
There will be 4adults 3children(13,10&7)which as far as disney is concerned that makes 7children.

Well if u plan on seeing the Lighting, I wouldnt worry about the tickets. They hardly get a sell out game. For tickets you can go to either Tampa Bay Lighting Website (http://www.tampabaylightning.com/) or Ticketmaster (http://www.ticketmaster.com)

So it would be possible to get tickets there,i suppose. We don't know which day we will go and if we can just turn up on the night that would be great. Thanks for the advice, games always look so packed when you see them on tv.

I usually go to Lighting games when the Philadelphia flyers are in town and half the stands are filled with Flyers fans. Lighting hockey for some reason is just not popular much like the devil rays baseball team.

Well it looks like we will be planning our trip to busch/tampa around the lightning home game schedule.I hope the tickets are not too dear,i don't mind paying but $50 a ticket is about my limit.
