Has anyone been to Old Town in Kissimmee to see the old car parades and street entertainment there. On friday and saturday nights starting at about 7pm there is live music etc followed by the parade of cars.
We are planning on going on our next trip - just wondering if anyone has been to give comments.

Sure! I've been there. The antique cars are really neat and they do have a goodly number that show up for this local favorite.

It is a nice way to spend a few hours. I wouldn't eat much there, though. The restaurants are cited frequently by the health department! :eek: Also, once long ago ('96) I saw a rat in one of the pubs. That did it for me. I left and have never since set foot in the restaurants/pubs there. But the car show and the outdoor attractions are fine.

Had I seen that, it would have been ALL over! :eek: The rat, where food and drink was being served was bad enough, thank you! :)

I know a certain fast food facility in St. Cloud where snake skins were found. Im not gonna mention a certain restaurant in Maitland which got shut down for having lizards running around.

The classic cars in Kissimmee is pretty cool. For me, Im somewhat forced to go as my uncle shows of a few of his classics every now and then.

i didn;t know that snakes were a health hazard in restaurants!!

i'm not scared of water mocasins - swim with them all the time;)

sombody please tell me damons in old town is safe we eat their every time we go disney and my hubby and dd love the game you play in their / :eek: :( although ;ast time we went it did look a little run down.
they have opened a damons here in liverpool and it is a good place to eat ribs and remeber florida
