Has anyone visited the flea markets in and around the Orlando area? Just wondered if they were worth a peek and if there were any bargains to be had.
I wouldn't want to visit one during my 'park' week, but maybe the day we fly home to get some last minute bits n bobs.

Ta!

I've been to a couple here in the Orlando and they are pretty dreadful. Full of overpriced cheap garbage. You can get better buys nearly anywhere.

There is a rather good flea market, but it is all the way down south in Auburndale, not very close to WDW at all.

You'd do best to go to an outlet mall or a Big Lots or something of that nature.

Mmm maybe it's not a flea market I'm looking for then...something arts n crafty like is probably more the thing.

Any ideas?

What is it you would like to purchase? Why type of merchandise are you looking for?

There is a shop called the Old Time Pottery. It has a rather eclectic mix of merchandise, most at a very reasonable price. Perhaps something like that?

When you say arts and crafts I think of Michael's which is a shop (chain) that offers all sorts of merchandise for making almost any type of hand craft you can imagine. It does offer some art supplies, but not as many as you find in a true art store.
