I've been begging AKL for the nut-crusted salmon from Boma's for three trips now and have not yet received it. If you've any way to get that one, I would be deeply indebted to you and would make it in your honor and toast a nice merlot to you. (no groans from the winery, I love merlot with salmon)

Do you think you could get the recipe for a squash soup that is served at Tony's? We had it in October and my 5 year old granddaughter loved it. I have written to Disney, but have heard nothing. I would love to make it for her. Thanks!!

I just posted a message before I saw this question. I would really love the recipe for the breakfast potatoes I ate at various resort restaurants. They were simple sliced potatoes lightly seasoned and they seemed to be baked and not fried. I can't find any recipes that sound like they would taste similar to what I had down there. Please let me know if you can get it for me! Thank you!

PS. I didn't have the potato casserole, though it sounds delicious as well, I just want to know how to make the regular breakfast potatoes. Thanks again
