We stayed on International Drive and were told by the hotel staff that the nearest Internet Cafe was at a junction just off Turkey Lake Road. It took us about 15 minutes to get there. The staff were very helpful and there were snacks and drinks available.
I am sure if you ask someone at your hotel, they will know where this is to give you better instrucions if you choose to go.:)

Most hotels have internet connections in the lobby.

Also, if you're near downtown Disney at any time you can go online at Kinko's up near the Crossroads. And of course, if you go to Disneyquest there is free internet access there up by the lovely cheesecakes......:D

Most public libraries in the US have public internet access, paid for by a grant from the Bill and Melanie (correction Melinda) Gates Foundation. The Orange County library system: http://www.ocls.lib.fl.us/ is quite good. I have a former librarian girlfriend who works there, and she said to mention it.
Here in the Denver metro area, for example, there are at least 40 library branches with fast internet access, usually twice the speed of my 640M/sec. connection at home. I am proud of our Denver Public Library system, which won awards two years running for #1 in the US. Denver also won an award for #1 public transportation system in the US. As you may know, Denver is 5,280 feet above sea level, which means golf balls go further, alcohol has a greater effect, and water boils at 202 degrees F. The dry air means no dew or mist in the morning in summer.
I just hope that many of our UK guests at WDW get to experience the rest of the US, which is truly a great country. I usually cry a bit when I stand up and doff my cap for the National Anthem at baseball games. We are lucky to live here.

We were wanting to take our digi cam with us, but i was worried about how we were going to clear the memory card as i take a lot of pictures and I don't want to buy more than 1 back up for the trip. Can you use the hotel computers to upload pictures and send to your email?

I don't think so but most developers nowdays will do it for a small fee and drop it on CD or floppy. There's a thread on that subject somewhere here but I can't seem to find it. Anyone remember where we left that?
