Will any of the DVC properties accomodate 2 adults and 3 children in a studio or 1 bedroom villa?

Yes, if one of the 3 children are under the age of 3. (Otherwise, you are looking at a 2 BR unit.)

That's what I was afraid of. I think that will end my DVC plans. With the points required for a 2 bedroom villa I'd only be able to vacation every three years because I'd have to bank and borrow to afford it ( or win the lottery).

I'm better off with two rooms at a value or moderate using my AP discount.

What a bummer!
