Sorry me again asking questions (if you have read my other posts).

We are travelling from UK and staying at GF for 10 days in Nov, and then coming again in June 05. I currently have reserved a Ultimate Hopper pass as usual for my trip for the full 10 days.

Would it be better to buy a Annual Pass, i.e. (premium one) as they are about same price as a 10 day Ultimate Hopper. Then use this pass again in June? By my maths if this is possible I will have practically a free ticket in June.

Is this possible, what are the downsides, or am I committed to buy a Ultimate Hopper as we are staying on site.

(june 05 trip is 14 days probably staying at Beach Club)

Thanks

Giles

So your talking about 24 days right? the preimum AP is like $499 right? that would be $20.79 per day in the parks (if you went for 24 days) Considering taht a single day is $55 you're doing well :)

Of course there are room discounts that you could get also :)

You are not committed to getting the UPH. You can book your reservation as 'room only.'

Since you are staying ten days now, and fourteen in June, you are most definately going to come out ahead in the ticket department, and might on the room discount (AP rates are usually some of the lowest you can get.)

I'd get the PAP's if I were you.

thanks guys.

can I buy them from UK?

also are there any disadvantages to them over the UHP?

When we have gone before we have got a room key which is also the pass and can charge to our rooms with it too. Is the AP a seperate ticket?

Thanks again

Because us UKr's land late afternoon in Orlando and are usually tired, going to a Park as soon as you get there may not be possible. In which case you've lost your first day UHP money!!!:( On your last day, you'll only have half a day before you leave for the airport. So that's 1 and a half day's entrance you've just lost!!

Now for the really bad news!!! You can't buy a PAP in the UK. You can buy an AP from WDW by phoning them, but not a PHP!!

Unless, of course, this has changed!!! As things do at WDW!!!!

thanks whitequeen, so what ever why I look at it UHP the best option for us UKr's? So the PAP you can only buy in Florida, can I get it when we arrive?

By the way how did you enjoy your trip last year 2nd to 17th Nov, for weather. Similar time to when we are going this year and jsut wondered what the weather was like.

Thanks

Giles

You certainly can by a PAP when you get there, g1!!

The weather was 80f-86f for the first week and then on the 2nd week it hovered around 65f-70f. Take something to cover in the evening. We had torrential rain just 1 day and any other rain was insignificant!!

Just the right temp. for us!! Enjoy!!!!

ok so i have trying to figure this one out. We go about once a year, each time it for a week. so do you think it would be better to buy one pass holder or 2. b/c i know they get good discounts on rooms. We were going to buy one AP. then buy my ticket the day b/4 we go at the Disey store. Then add me to the room when we get there. Also can an AP get a discount on more then one room at a time?

So you do 7 days at the parks? It was (before Magic Your Way) that 8 days was the break-even point for an AP. Of course if you plan your yearly trips right, you can get 2 trips out of 1 AP.

I'm confused about the adding people to the room thing....

I *think* you can book 3 rooms on 1 AP.

Can't you just buy them online?

Unfortunately not Vikki, the PAP can only be bought over there for us brits.

G1rbw the choice you have now is a PAP or an AP? THe PAP gives you full cover like the UHP and can be bought at any park entrance and takes about 15mins.

What I meant was why can't we use this site?

http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/tickets/ticketStore?categoryPass=DORY_ANNUAL_PASSES&productPass=WDW_AP&country=USA

or is it one of those things where they only ship to the US?

Although, probably won't want the premium one, can we get the other one in the UK?

The annual pass can be purchased over the phone for the UK. The premium pass includes the water parks and disney quest, and I know who much you liked disney quest.

You're right, we did enjoy it, but we did it on this trip.......and to be honest, if we did feel the need to go, we'd just go and pay the daily rate, as it's a far sight cheaper than getting the PAP. We are not bothered about the water parks at all.

Does anyone know the phone number for buying APs in the UK?
