I just read your post about the new server canceling their account with you, and the nightmare you have had in moving the boards yet *again* and to restore service yet *again*. I know you have spent countless hours over the past month trying to to make this happen, more than any of us could imagine. I guess the magic carpet ride turned out to be not so magic for you.

Anyways, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the time and energy you put into this. I did not realize how important it was to me to get incouragement from Lovalab, inspiration from WDWGrandma, wisdom from USC, knowledge from Ray and Cinderella, I could go on.

They would not be here, I would not be here, were it not for the incredible amount of time, effort, and energy that you put into your website. Thank you for hovering over us all, sprinkling your little pixie dust each day.

As I read over the post (since I am new and all ) while trying to get a veiw in my minds eye of the people that visit here. I have read so many great things about you Joanne. My initial reason lfor coming here was to promote my service but and glad and honored to here these things and greatfrul to the lord has lead us to you. I've scrawled the "net" on Disney / Orlando information and this is by far the best ever. Every question I've asked has been answered so quickly and its just a huge website filled with everything you need ever know. I've recommended this place to numerous people and they've actually thanked me - which is plan daft really. So I'd like to pass on my thanks and all the other thanks to Joanne and team.
