This may seem like a crazy question, but are all the stores open regular hours on Sundays?

Malls, outlet stores and standalone stores (such as Best Buy, Circuit City) usually close around 6:00pm (some at 7:00pm) on Sundays, 9:00pm (some at 10:00pm) Monday thru Saturday.
