I've gotta go with Pirates. I have memories of riding this with my father as a kid and him singing Yo Ho Yo Ho a Priates life for me for the rest of the day....
Side note - if we're talking as children - its Dumbo for me. My parents swear they couldn't get me off Dumbo when I was a kid

I'm going to be in the minority here and vote for the Indy Speedway. It must be the worst ride in the parks with slow moving, impossible to steer cars. But the look of intense concentration and enjoyment that the younger visitors display, to me, signifies the best in Disney (and don't the parental co-drivers look stupid - especially the bigger built fathers like me - quarts in pint pots!!).

It would have to be one of the mountains....Splash Mtn.
I like them all but I rode this one for the first time in August and when it went down the little hill in the dark, I thought it was the big one and I was holding on sooo tight and just about to burst with a scream when it didn't drop as far as I thought, it freaked me out. I even lost my stomach thinking we were going down the big one. It was so funny. My son just laughed at me. The tricks the mind will play.

I love Carasel of Progress. I watched it when I was little, but the first time my kids went it was closed (BIG disappointment). Does anyone know the closing dates for this ride as far as the off season goes?

As of now, it is only open during the busy (holiday/summer) seasons although it had been open between the closing of AE and the opening of Stitch. There is a rumor floating around that it will be closing permanently in the next year

Is this the Magic Kingdom meaning DisneyLand in California or the Magic Kingdom Park in DisneyWorld ? The reason I ask is I was not aware that the MagicKingdom in DisneyWorld has Donald's Boat, but DisneyLand park does ?

Okay cool so the Magic Kingdom in DisneyWorld has Donald's Boat also, I think now I might remember seeing something kinda like a boat now that I think of it. Maybe I was just 2 busy looking Cute in my Shirt with little Flower on it to notice he he. I am well aware that DisneyLand had Donald's Boat. Okay well now that you said that I can now vote since it seems we are talking about the Magic Kingdom in DisneyWorld he he

Either the Carousel of Progress or The Hall of Presidents.
We did both on the last trip for the first time and really enjoyed them.
THOP showed the similarity between Americans and us Scots. We are both VERY proud of our heritage and where we came from.
I pledge allegiance...

I voted for Splash Mountain, me and my mate only managed to get on 3 rides the whole day due to getting there a bit later than we had planned due to alarms not going off in the villa lol. It was also my first time in visiting Orlando and we only went to Magic Kingdom once, because I went with my mates family I didn't really suggest we went again, I just went along with there plans for the 2 weeks, after reading that list of all the attractions at MK I defaintly want to go again and experience it all, I'm going with my own family the next time I visit Orlando, which will be my second time of going so I'll probaly suggest we go more than once :)

Jungle Cruise - it's not flash or impressive but what the boat captains have done to make a tame old ride into something that is entertaining for all ages is something that I'm sure Uncle Walt would have appreciated.

Jungle Cruise is always the very first ride we go on. So it has a very nostalgic place in our hearts.
