I went for the Bugs.....
But!... and this is a big but... The Lion King was closed, and I couldnt ride anything (since I was in a wheelchair at the time) :(
I hope I can ride EVERYTHING in August... even if I have to stand in line the night before....

Kilamanjaro for me - but I also love the character greetings at Camp Minnie Mickey because of the abundance of characters and the great outfits they wear :D

Tough decision...I love Dinosaur, but Kilimanjaro Safari is usually a little different each time we've been on it (except for that lame poacher story..)

Being a whitewater junkie, had to take KRR!!
The first time I rode it, I was like the only person on it..not just my raft, but on the whole ride. It was in January and it was a bit cold and windy. They had heaters set up to dry off riders around the exit!:p DW and DD opted out so it was me against the rapids! Oh and against them as they pressed the splash buttons on the elephants at the end! Since there was noone in line we got to really take in the ambiance of the ride set up. A CM was working there on the bird cages and told us of how a real aged tibbettan artist was employed by Disney to paint the ceilings:) I have been on a lot of water rapid rides in my time, but the set up in the que, to the accents on the "Raft" to the jungle/rainforest decline thing was fantastic.:wiggle: OBTW..the rapids would be class I+ to II- in the real world.
I wonder if they would let me take my Necky Jive kayak on the ride:unsure:

I love the Dinosaur but Tarzan Rocks is special to me. It was my late husbands favourite show. Now I can't watch it but i stand outside and cry when i hear 'You'll be in my heart' sung. Animal kingdom was his favourite park.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Deepest condolences. I guess that is a minority view (Tarzan Rocks) in this room, but I couldn't agree with you more. DW bought me the soundtrack for Tarzan. She probably would leave me for Phil Collins... she has this thing for British pop singers...go figure... but the music is certainly emotion provoking and very lyrical. It is a really neat show too.:)

Thanks for your kind words. I too love Phil Collins. We once videographed the whole show, at one point the female singer came right up to DH and sang directly to him. Its a superb show, maybe I will go in again one day. If you see someone blubbing in the back row it will be me.

Dinosaur is the AK favorite for me and oldest DD, and Kilimanjaro Safaris for DW and youngest DD. We have to do these rides at least twice each visit.

One of my absolute favorite rides is Dinasour! I love it! :D
Last year when we went, it stopped in the middle of the ride both times we rode it!! All the lights came on...which was very weird. But, still my favorite!!

Tough choice again for me.
I chose the Safari in the end, but the likes of River Rapids and Lion King where awesome too.
The Safari made you feel like you where somewhere in Africa though. :)
