I love September. The weather is not too hot, not too cold, and the crowds aren't really that bad. Wait in lines are minimal.

We have been to the WDW in November, January, and April. By far an away we have enjoyed the post-Thanksgiving Day visits the most. The parks changed in what seemed an overnight time period into the Christmas Holiday decorations. The weather was really great although one time there was a hurricane nearby but that only kept down the local crowds. The lines were non-existant, and the weather was really fine. The first time we stayed at the Disney Inn (Shades of Green). We went to bed one night and ..poof.. the next morning there was a Christmas tree in the hallway the next morning..talk about elves. I guess the next poll will be the least favorite time to vist..(yeah as if there were not favorite times). But I would say that this Easter we didn't enjoy ourselves as much as usual. The crowds were intense over the Easter season. Although if it meant dealing with the crowds or not going to the world..well let me get my fastpasses and enoy.

My favorite time to go to WDW is definately September. My boyfriend and I went last year the week after Labor Day and it was great. The weather was still hot during the day but pleasant at night. The lines were minimal--I think our longest wait time was maybe 10 minutes! Good time to go for people who aren't bringing kids as mostly all the kids are back in school by then. We are going again this year from 9/9-9/18 and will be staying at the Pop Century....can't wait!!! :mexwave:

I voted for April, this was the first time we went and we really enjoyed the Easter Parade, we have to go in July or August now that I work at a school, but really any month is great to go to WDW it's just the most fantastic place in the world.!!!!!!!!!!:sun:

Our last trip in Feb. was great. My dad and husband went on splash mountain 4 times without even getting off of the ride. The guy just let them keep going around and around. Me and my dad rode space mountain like 3 times. The only lines were for Fantasy Land rides, but I have a plan for that this year.

We have been twice in October and this year we went in July as I have gone back to work in a school after having our children.I prefer October as the parks were much less busy, and the queues were very short. We went on Thunder Mountain three times in a row with no queue to wait in. This year in July the queue was about 20-30 minutes with a FP.

Well I have to say right now right after Thanksgiving, the Christmas decorations are up and everyone's in a good mood, and dressed up and singing, but I have not been there for Halloween yet, have heard great things about that too, so I will have to try that time out next......

I would have to say May. Right before all the schools are out and before the summer heat and humidity. October would be second (Food and Wine Festival).

:DMy family loved our trip to Disney April 7-14, 2009. Even though it was Easter and maxed out it never felt crowded and the lines moved constantly. We had Extra Magic Hour in the morning and went on ALL the Fantasyland rides one after another with no wait at all, many times we were the only ones on the rides, and did them ALL in 45 mintues! And again mid day was about a 30 minute wait. Don't be discouraged about going during Easter, it was wonderful. We did every ride in all four parks with little wait and it was mid 80's so not too hot.

Anytime LOL August works best for my family. We have been in Oct. ; been for Thanksgiving; been in April right around Easter; and been in Aug. Sure it's hot and sticky...but Disney has airconditioning and pools, things I don't have at home :)
With the kids out of school still and the weather being hot here then too it just makes sense to go someplace thats fun where you can forget the heat and have fun.

In England we are out of school for 2 weeks in April, so we went to Disney April 7-14, 2009. Easter was lovely. Didn't wait long for any rides, had extra magic hours where did not have to wait at all on many rides, and the weather was soooo much better than the HOT weather in August!!! I grew up in Florida and I know just how bad August heat and storms can be, and you have a much better chance at severe thunderstorms and rain in August. Some people may like long hot lines but August isn't the best time to be at Disney.
my fav is may we went last two weeks in september then first two weeks in october and the third time 17th may it was brill nice and warm not to busy only on the bank holiday so we have booked for may again thats right JUST 12 MONTH TO WAIT is this sad or is it normal.

I'm planning the next trip on the flight home. I wish I could manage to take the family every year (we manage every other year)
