we booked the flights ourselves to CDG, for £135 return for the four of us, i havent booked a DLP hotel as the Holiday Inn (a disney hotel) worked out a lot cheaper, £85 per night. The Hotel runs a shuttle to DLP every 15 mins and its a 10 min drive, the shuttles run till 11pm at night.
No EPCOT stle restaurants when i last went to DLP last time :D , i know there is a McDonalds there

I'll finish my trip reports, most of our holiday revolved round eating this time
The French "don't do good fast food and they don't do good food fast!"
There are several good restaurants in the park: The Blue Lagoon (mostly fish) which is inside the POTC, Auberge De Cendrillon (with yummy slipper dessert!), Silver Spur Steakhouse, Walts. There are also 2 buffets Lucky nugget saloon tex-mex character buffet and Plaza Gardens buffet (I thought that was horrid though  ). You can also eat in any of the hotel restaurants. The California grill inside the Disneyland Hotel is on the scale of Victoria and Alberts.

Redkop, who did you book your flights through??
I did look on the Disneyland Paris website and they quote me £350 for a tonight night stay at Hotel Santa Fe and the hopper passes but didn't say anything about travel.

I've just had a look on Easy Jet's website and I didn't realise it would be so cheap, I hadn't even considered flying up there, good idea.
With regard to accommodation where is the best place to go for this on the internet?? Everything I seem to find is a package rather than just a hotel.
Thanks
Lisa

well we are staying at the Holiday Inn, which you can book through disney but it was cheaper to do it through the holiday inn web site, though you will have to purchase your park tickets

i would like to stay in the Disneyland hotel or one of the other DLP hotels - anyone stayed in the New York one? although we're driving though so we could stay offsite and drive in.............mmm decisions
when do you think would be most crowded- christmas or spring half term?

Onsite is much easier - we have stayed at
Santa Fe (Blech!)
Sequoia Lodge ( Nice but HUUUGE)
Newport Bay (Nice)
abd the Disneyland (Amazing but NOT cheap)
If you can afford it go for the Disneyland it is like no other but bring a lot of money as well as their buffets although amazing are dear

48euros per adult 24euros 6-11 yrs 18euros 3-5yrs for inventions buffet
with drinks I usually ended up with 160 euro bill for us 4 ( this is where you really see the benefit of the shareholders card 10% discount )
We ate also at the California Grill which came in at 230euros for 4 but the food was amazing ( P will do the report and pics soon )
IMHO it is a world class hotel and if you can go for it !

I didn't like the New York. Rooms were nice, but the layout of the public areas are terrible and the whole place is very 'cold'.
The Disneyland is unbeatable just for the location. Spring holidays will be quieter than Christmas. :D We went this half term and queues were quite short. We went New Year and queues were mega long.
