What is the Changing Rooms Disney? Does it have anything to do with WDW or is it just Disney decorated? Or has anyone seen it?

Cannot find any more information about it. Either one of the rooms gets renovated with Disney elements, or, one of the rooms was originally decorated with lots of Disney stuff hanging everywhere :rolleyes: :D .

I'm watching the Fan's Guide: Walt Disney World, it is a great show, there's an incredible amount of information.

The concept is following several different types of families (couple without children, family with small kids, group of friends) staying at different resorts and showcasing the choices they make throughout their Disney vacation.

It will rerun again tonight, so don't forget to record it!

I can't believe I forgot to tape the Fans Guide! I'm so mad at myself. I remembered it was on at 9pm last night but we had unexpected company that didn't leave until almost midnight & I just completely forgot! My husband came and got me at 12:15am & said there was some WDW show on the Travel Channel. Ugh! So I watched the last 45minutes of it. It was a good show. Most of the stuff I already knew (by the way, when did they send a call out for WDW fans to send in a tape of themselves? many of us would have qualified to be on that show! LOL), some of it I didn't. I will have to catch it again to tape though.

SM, it was very interesting to see the 4 different ways those families did Disney! The commando Dad who printed up EVERYTHING...that would make me bonkers, but it works with them! The couple that just DID what they wanted and then the other family with the 2 small kids (that's about the way we do Disney) and then the 3 friends. I've done that! It was fun! Going to WDW with 2 other Disney Castmembers was one of the best trips ever....

Yay! I finally got to watch AND tape the Disney Fans show last night from midnight til 1am. I was beat! We were at friends house & they didn't want me to scat at 8:30 so I could get home to tape the 9pm showing.
Anyway, pretty good show overall. I really liked the one woman with the two small kids. She was pretty funny. I don't know how anyone could smile that much when they talk! I wish I could, she just seemed like she should work at WDW! The "commando" dad as Bev called it cracked me up. Did you see the scene where they get off of one ride (Dinosaur maybe) & someone says "where to next" & the little girl immediatly opens her fanny pack to check her itenerary! That made me laugh & kind of feel sorry for the girl, LOL :lol: If you run into an unexpected character along the way, too bad, eh. Nothing left to whim! They seemed like a very nice family though & I love to see teenagers, especially boys, enjoying themselves. When it showed the clips of the boys from '92 & they were young it made me misty eyed because my babies are growing up at WDW too & in a few short years that will be me, there with 2 teens :( I liked & envied the newlyweds staying at the GF. Must be nice! Ok, the woman, Jocylen, was that her name. I couldn't get past her valley girl voice. AFter awhile I was just thinking can't someone else in that group speak! I just wanted to mute the tv when she talked. :wink:

The Grand Californian show was really good as I recall. they haven't aired that one to death like they have the resorts from WDW. Not that I'm complaining, mind you, I could watch the one at the BC daily!

I'm so confused about what TV is the best and what to get and not to get. I've heard Plasma TV's don't last maybe 5-8 years....and they're so expensive to begin with, then they're coming out with that LCD/plasma tv...and it's just too much for this little ol' brain to handle. So...when you get your tv, you can tell us all about it! :lol:
