Greetings all,

This is my first ever trip to disneyland. We are going to be in CA. for a few days and thinking about stopping at the park. Could anyone enlighten if now is good time to go. If there are any rehabs going on that would make it not an enjoyable trip or any other info would be great. Jul 20-24 Thanx

The only thing closed that I can think of is Space Mountain.

You will have to come back and tell us all about your trip to DL!

Weekdays are generally less crowded then weekends as a lot of locals go on weekends

Expect the weather to be very warm to hot, but be prepared in case the weather gets funky (aka, quite cool!). Just a light sweater or jacket, which you probably won't need. But I've been there at night in July and August when a cold front--or whatever the weather pattern is called during the summer--has blown in!

Umm no locals usually do not go on weekends and I would say most So Cali Locals dont go during the summer at all..I try to avoid it like the plague!

Honestly this is not the time of year to go...waaayyy long waits and its VERY hot outside.

October is my favorite time to go.

Just returned from my DLR adventure and I have to say that I was rather impressed with the park. As it being my first time It was a little differnt than I expected as far as the entrance to the parks. As WDW is situated to travel to the main entrance DLR was right there. Another interesting feature was ther 1 day park hopper (which we had purchased.) I thought it was a good deal considering how close the parks really were. We spent some time in the DLR and took those 3 giant steps :) over to the CA. Well I just wanted to give a general first time experience to you all. Anyonwe want to know anything specific let me know. Thanx for reading and thanx to all for the information. NIght all.
