Hey there,
I was having the idea that for a couple of friends and I, that after graduation, and before we all start going off to University/College, it would be cool to take a trip down to Disney World. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how it would be easy to split up costs, make it cheaper, etc. Anything to help out! Thanks!

A few of my friends and I are also going too WDW for our Graduation trip in 2005. We are avoiding the Class trip to boring old London. All that we know so far is that we are staying in a value resort ASMO or PCR, eating mostly counter service, and cutting back on souvenirs. It will be my second trip that summer, so I am extremeley excited. I'm having a family graduation party, so I will ask for money for Disney, for the most part its my graduation present. I'm saving change in my Pooh piggy bank and I raised about $100 so far. Anyway, if you come up with anything else I would love to know.

I would say, bring your own food if possible, and stay at one of the value resorts, or even off-site (although that may be too hard if you aren't able to drive or whatever).
I always wanted to go on a trip like this with my highschool friends.

Since you're in Canada, keep an eye on the official WDW website for park tickets--and possibly resorts--pricing. I think they have incentives for Canadians at times due to the exchange rate. Be sure to select "Canada" as your country, though! :)
When I was growing up, the Canadian dollar was pegged a tad higher than the U.S. dollar--about C$1.05 or $1.10 to US$1.00. Hope it recovers a bit before your trip!

Our Senior trip was DISNEYLAND! It was a blast...3 days at Disneyland, and no parents. Of course, the chaperones where there...I think they were.
I used my Graduation money and my folks gave me a little extra. Fantastic trip. You'll have a blast.

I'd look into the packages, they're some pretty deals. You can spend a week in WDW, for about $800, per person which includes UPH, 7 nights at a value resort, and some other extra stuff that could be usuless depending on who you are.
