I need more help!
My fiance wants the first time he sees me on our wedding day is when I walk down the aisle. So, we need to organise separate transport to the pavillion from Port Orleans, any ideas?

If you're getting the disney wedding package, they'll be including some hours of limo rental.... We did the same in terms of not seeing each other, and the limo collected me first, took me to the pavilion and I waited in the grooms side. The limo then went back and collected Helen.
If not then a towncar could be hired?

Thanks, thats put my mind at rest, H2B can go on the first trip and my parents and I on the second.
Cheers again both.
How about getting back to PortOrleans from the GF after the wedding meal? Can we have something other than a normal taxi?

you get the limo for 4 hours so i would imagine it will still be yours for the return journey depending how long you stretch the cake reception
not too sure about "the wedding meal"
if it is like our package it is just a cake reception not a meal like you would have in the uk
from what i gather you get a champagne type toast then cut the cake and have the violinist to entertain you and the guests

Yes, the champagne toast in included in the package but we have also made dinner reservations to follow that.

You can either extend your limo hire for a couple more hours (there's a per hour extension price available from disney) or you could hire a limo for an hour after the meal or you could hire a towncar which is a bit more snazzy than a normal taxi.

We have decided to keep the limo usage for another time, rather than waste it on the wedding day. We are having the ceremony, reception and dinner at the Grand Floridian or that area anyway so think it would be a terrible waste for the limo.
Any suggestions on me getting from the Grand Floridian to the Wedding Pavilion instead? I can't afford the coach :sigh: but would like something as someone said it was dodgy to walk incase it rained.
I don't want to use a taxi as would like something a little special but not too pricey for my wedding any.
Any suggestions??

How about a cadillac?
Do you have the Disney wedding info pack, they have a list of alternative transport?Let me know if you haven't and I'll include a list next time.

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes I did get the pack thanks Bec, but all the alternatives seemed a little pricey.

 Sorry
Didn't realise they would be pricey too. If I come across anyting I'll let you know, I'm sure you could hire a shiny, red, cadillac from somewhere!!!
What about the towncar Keith was talking about, I've no idea of prices though, Keith?

I thought they were all pricey too :(
We ended up using the limo for me, then back for Helen, then from pavilion to GF for reception, then from reception for a mystery tour+celebration ;-) then back to hotel... mainly because if we didnt, we'd end up hiring other transport which cost loads anyway.
I don't think a towncar would cost very much but I don't know because I didn't try it... I'm sure Greg at quicksilver would be able to quote though
