Who Wants to be a Millionaire--goodbye??

Being annual passholders to Disneyland Resort we visit both parks on a regular basis. I was at CA last week and was surprised to see Who Wants to Be A Millionaire closed. :confused: (The previous week it was open and we almost made it to the hot seat!) A CM said that the contract expired so it was closed. Major bummer cos we really enjoyed that show. However, the hand-out programs said it was not closed. so just beware.:unsure:

I had heard that it was closed for good (the latter part of August?) and that they were taking the set apart.
It is my favorite attraction in DCA and I secretly keep hoping that it is a just a refurbishment. (But, with them taking the set apart it doesn't sound like it, does it? :()

Is it closed at WDW, too, then? That would be a pity as it's my mom's favorite attraction and we're celebrating her birthday on this upcoming trip... .

:eek: :eek: It is just at DCA as far as I know. (I would really be sad if they closed it down at WDW, too!)
