How Far In Advance Should I Order My Tickets?

We are leaving in 18 days, and I know I need to advance purchase my tickets to save money, but I'm worried that I've waited to long. How does it work when you advance purchase? Do they actually send you the tickets or do you get some type of voucher and pick up the tickets when you arrive? I need to do something soon. Any help will be appreciated!

I went to Maple Leaf, but the prices through Disney were cheaper. I bought 4 day Park Hoppers and through Disney they were a few dolars cheaper than Maple Leaf. It's only a few dollars, but what the heck. Disney is sending the tickets Fed Ex and said I should have them in 10 business days. Thats cutting it kind of close, but I'm sure they'll be here on time.
