Animal kingdom lodge story time

Can anyone tell me anything about story time at AKL. Apparently at 7pm each night?
How long does it last?
Is this open to non residents ?
What age is it aimed at? Our DS is 3.5

It is open to all resort Guests, however, mostly AKL resort Guests attend.

The time fluctuates - your best bet is to call AKL Front Desk and ask them the time when you are there. I've been at different times between 6 & 7:30. It's aimed at all ages - the kids seem to love it (as do the adults!) Try to get there about 1/2 hour ahead of time if you want to shoot for one of the rocking chairs. :D

I'm going to have to make an effort to stay on grounds next year so I can do all the cool stuff that is only for resort guests! We stay off grounds every year! I wanna do some cool stuff, too!

We stayed at AKL in October and just loved all the children's activities they had! There was so much for our dd and dd to do there, that we ended up spending 3 of our days hanging out at the hotel! The storytime is nice, some of the cast members from Africa share a folktale from Africa. Our only problem was the mosquitos!! They didn't turn on the fire until right before the story started, and one of my dd and I ended up with multiple mosquito bites. (Guess the mosquito problem was a result from the hurricanes.)
