Summer Breeze has asked me to ask if anyone knows where to get and how to download Disney ringtones for her mobile phone?

I'm not sure how it works in the UK, but if your cell phone company has a web site most of them have downloadable ring tones available.

I have a Nextel phone and my son bought a CD and an adapter cord to download the music with. When my cell rings it plays the theme from Star Wars, when I have a message waiting for me it plays the Harry Potter theme music, when my brother calls it's the Indian Jones theme music, etc. etc.

The only Disney music for my phone available is it's a small world and I REFUSE to have that on my cell phone  :afraid:

Hi Breeze.

SB has been onto the Nokia site but can't find any Disney tones there. I know she is desparate to find something Disney.

Try DisneyMobile.com I don't know if there is a UK version or not.

If you have a ring tone composer on your phone, it's relatively easy to program them in, as well. :D

Mine plays 'Beauty and the Beast' when my husband calls, and he keeps wondering why, since he's never called me a beast...

http://3gforfree.com has free disney ringtones. Go to it from your phone to upload it. I got my 'Under the Sea' ringtone there. They also have wallpaper backgrounds.

http://www.pcsphonetones.com also carries free Disney tones and backgrounds but I believe it's only for Sprint.

http://www.polyphonicringtonez.com also has some. Also free.

If you can't find one you like, try http://DisneyMobile.com , they have it all. Not for free though...:sigh:

Hope that helped! :)

From people I know, my phone plays the "Its a small world". From people I don't know, my phone plays "If I Only Had a Brain" from the "Wizzard of Oz". Text messages and pages, get the them from the dancing man, Mr 6 from 6 flags theme parks.

The only one I could find was Winnie the Pooh.

MM is right, Disneymobile.com is the best site because it has all Disney all the time.
That's where I got all my Disney stuff for my phone, and it's really easy to download.

Hi Tash.
Thanks for the code but I don't think the 6230 has a composer section on it, at least I can't find one.

I don't know if you're still looking, but I get mine from www.matrixm.com (http://www.matrixm.com)

You have to register and buy credits, but the ringtones and pictures are fairly cheap, you can listen to them before you buy them and once you have bought them they are store in your wap locker until you download them from your phone!
