How early in advanced can you book your hotel/tickets/possible dream maker package if you want one? I want to order b4 the prices go up.

Prices are set through 2005. If you book for '06, you'll pay a deposit based on the '05 prices and when the '06 rates are announced, the ressie will be adjusted as needed

so i can't get a discount for going to WDW in feb, if i book b4 2006?

Discount codes are good for room-only ressies. If you book for 2006 you pay the deposit on the rack rate and if a discount comes along, you can call and apply it to your ressie.
