Monorail zoo smell????

I wrote disney about the monorails smelling like zoo's..... Does anyone notice that terrible smell I'm talking about...????????? I have a hard time with the thought that I tell people how great and Clean Disney is but then you get on the monorail going to the park for your first time and it smell like it's dirty....Great first impression

The smell reminds me of a wet stable.....(grew up on a farm, quite familiar with the smell)

I know exactly what you're talking about Mondo and it's pretty rank. One of the pilots told us it's a combination of the filtered air on the train and the hydrolic lubricants - he said they smell horrid. Also reminds me of subway air...

Oh quick!! Someone PLEASE start a thread on the Bakery on Main Street smells!! I'm having horrible flashbacks due to that memory/sensory connection!! AAArrrggghhhh!!!!

my brother once found a piece of monorail carpet loose on the floor 5 years ago, and he took it with him, stuck it in his pocket, then put it in a bucket in our RV at the campground in Disney. Over labor day I was in the RV looking and i found the bucket, with the monorail carpet!! I smelled the carpet and it still smelled like the monorail!! Apparently they do clean it but the smell is too over powering that you cannot get rid of it, because that bucket was even full of Ivy soap!!
