We're going to have a rental car while we're at WDW and will more than likely drive to the parks each day to avoid having to worry about buses. I've seen AAA parking passes for sale on eBay that let you park up near the front. Would it be worth it to get one of these?

How much are they selling for on ebay?
You get a parking pass when you buy a ticket from AAA. You still have to pay for parking (Unless you are staying onsite or have an AP)

They're selling for an about $15-$20.

What kind of ticket do you have to buy from AAA to get the parking pass? We are staying onsite (ASMovies) so we won't have to pay for parking but I'd like to get as close as possible.

You have to buy a park hopper.
I don't think there is any bad parking at any of the parks. Well, the ticket and transportation center is a PITA

I've checked the black-out dates and the only one that would affect us is at MK. I figure we'll take the bus that day & considering we'll be going to MVMCP that day, it'll probably be nice to sit back and rest on the way back to the resort. But would it be worth it at AK, EP & MGM? I still have a month to think about it.

I wouldn't bother with it either. The parking isn't bad at all.

Personally, I found that the parking was pretty easy. Disney is well prepared with trams to the parking lots. They are really much easier than they seem to be other places. The AAA parking is close, but the tram takes you right to the front. I wouldn't bother buying the pass.

When I was there last spring my folks got their park hoppers at the AAA in Orlando and they recieved the parking passess for free. BUT, when we tried to use them they wouldn't let us :( When we asked why, the guy just :shrug:and said that he didn't know. I would just skip them all together.
