I am interested in getting information on two attractions in tomorrow land. The Carousel of progress and the Time keeper. I have heard these might be seasonal attractions. Will they be open in Mid December? Are these attractions good? How long have they been around?
Any comments would be appreciated.

We've seen the Timekeeper and it's a great show...think circlevision. Robin Williams is the voice of Tom Morrow....and he's never boring. This attraction opened in 1994.

Carousel of Progress is an oldie but a goodie. It opened in Disneyland in 1967, closed in 1973 and then opened in WDW. The original song for the ride "The Best Time of your Life" was changed to "There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" when General Electric ended sponsership of the ride.

All it says on the sites that I"ve looked at just say these attractions are seasonal, but don't list when they're open.

Hope that helps.

Carousel of Progress is open now. I think the plan is for it to close when the new Stitch ride opens next month. Timekeeper was open in the summer, so my guess is it would be open over Christmas.

CoP debuted at the New York World's Fair in 1964. At Disneyland, it used "It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow" theme even while it was sponsored by GE.

Love it! I'm hoping it will be open in early December so I can get a few more photos--and enjoy it! Leu was crushed when it wasn't open in August, 2003 during our visit.

Saw Timekeeper for the first time last December and thoroughly enjoyed it!
