Okay, for all you palm users out there. I got one for Christmas a couple of years ago and pretty much have done nothing with it. It's an M125. Anyone got some tips or cool stuff I can do with this thing?

You can download some cool stuff to your palm. I used to have the exact same one as you until my kids broke it. Now I have an Ipaq. I had an addictive game called Bubblet on mine. Great to kill time in airports and stuff. There are also travel guides, city guides, restaurant guides that you can download. I also had some drug info for work on mine.

LOVE MINE!

Have had some sort of PDA for about 7 years now. I found out that buying the "For Dummies" books really helped alot...I admit it...I knew I was getting one for Christmas one year and studied before hand....geekdom here I come!

Things I use mine for

Memo's have spiritual stuff in it...never know when you need to read the Serenity Prayer

Quicken for Palm....Have my bank stuff right at hand

Bejewelled...way fun game

Yahtzee

Whole address book

Vehicle information on all family members (you will need this if you ever need to report them missing or find out if they have been in an accident)

OH....you can download e-books to read....some are free and some have a charge...carrying 12 books and Anna Karenina is way cool!

Cribbage

Alarms

Repeat events for b-days and important dates

Special program for grocery shopping list

Pac-Man....slot machine....Monopoly

Knowing what time it is around the world!

Okay....have I overwhelmed yet?

Did I mention I love this thing....have converted Mom too!

Steve,

I was scared of converting as well. I had carried one of those Day Planners for years. I had gotten to a point where it was with me all the time and on the bedside table at night.

This was the one good Christmas gift I got from my ex about 5-6 years ago. I did find looking through the "For Dummies" book on Palm helped bunches much.

Will work on Mandy at WDW...especially when she sees the one I have that I can check email....check UOG.....plus to be able to have all of Heather's meds etc right at fingertips in a small piece of equipment would be great!

Did I mention carrying photos??

PS....if nothing else will have my 64 yoa mother whip out her PDA and show off! If she can be dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century....so can anyone else. Can you believe she refused to write a check the other day....said it was easier to do online! This is the woman who refused to try and learn Windows years ago!

i dont think what you just said would convert her more make her determined not to let me have one

the reson she does not want me to have a lap top , i would out both in the same catagory , is because she says i would be doing my e mails and disney boards all the time !!!!!!!

i guess she would be right there

I thought we wanted Mindy to have one....I am thinking a matching set...one with a pink case and one with a blue case! What fun!

And they don't have to have wireless capability! That would keep you just managing information and not surfing!
