Can I just recommend here the House of Blues Gospel Brunch. I hadn't heard very much about it but one of my friends who went a couple of years ago said to give it a try. Now I am a bit of a sceptic but we had such a fun time standing up and clapping, waving our napkins over our heads and the food was absolutely great, buffet brunch with just about everything you can ask for. Some people obviously took it very seriously and were really beautifully dressed but we just went in shorts and t-shirts. The show was really good fun, we were seated in the front of the stage and the 1 1/2 hours absolutely flew by. We ate so much we only ended up snacking in the evening.
