As we're on Techy stuff.
Can anyone tell me why a Document I have created in WORD won't allow itself to be attached to an e-mail?
When I tried to make it an attachment it said. 'The Document has a Virus that cannot be cleaned'.
It didn't come from the Internet, I wrote it. What's that all about?

i had that problem with word and outlook, its was to do with security levels, keith pointed me in the right direction to get a fix for outlook that allowed me to attach docs and exe files, not to sure though if your on your mac, keith is the apple guy

Yeah. McAfee and Adaware. No worry, it wasn't important. My computer illiterate brain couldn't work out why something that wasn't from the Internet could have a Virus.
Let DH's IT department worry about it. When he takes the thing back, that is! Still waiting..........
