Just wanted to share...
When the AP discounts came out I redid all our reservations, I had put a deposit down for the Beach Club, and the CM applied (supposedly) that deposit to my new Port Orleans ressie. Well, yesterday I got my credit card bill, and there was the deposit for the Beach Club credited to our account. After the top of my head blew off, I called Disney-my reservation was gone. Since the deposit hadn't been paid, our room went back into the system.
It's weird because the CM who was supposed to credit the PO ressie was very specific about it, and let me know we had a credit that would be applied to the balance due when we checked in. Yet it wasn't done. Luckily I was able to get another room with a AP discount, thank goodness. The thing is, I don't think I would have called to check on this, because I thought all deposits had been paid. Could you imagine us making the flight from Anchorage, heading to POFQ and not having a room???
The moral of the story is...
Check and recheck those reservations!
On a happier note, I spent the morning making Priority Seating arrangements, which was a lot of fun. We are going to to try the Garden View Tea at the GF for the first time. I can't wait!
