Time to walk from the Swan to Y&B club?

Hi everyone,
Can anybody tell me about how long does it take to walk from the WDW Swan to The Yacht and Beach Club marina/boat dock area? I was thinking of maybe eating Dinner at the Swan before our Illuminations cruise but am not sure how much time I'll need to do this.

I would say it takes around 15 minutes. But be on the lookout for the boat at the Swan marina, which stops at the Beach Club marina afterwards.

oh so there's a boat that goes to both? That would be great if we could catch that.

The boat dock for both the Swan and Dolphin is out the "back" of either hotel (opposite where you would have entered from the parking lot, or the bus transport).

Be certain you board the ferry TO the Yacht and Beach Club and not to MGM Studios! :)

I honestly don't think it would take 15 minutes to walk from one resort to the other. It takes me about fifteen minutes total to walk from the parking lot of the Swan to the IG of the world showcase.

At any rate, ferry or feet, it's not far! :)
