If you are into flowers and shrubbery and things like that the Flower & Garden show does some very interesting things with them and also has seminars to teach you about gardening and things associated with gardening. There are wonderful topiaries of different Disney characters.

I am not a huge Star Wars fan, so I didn't go to any of the events. They have the characters walking around the Star Tours ride as well as photo ops on some set pieces.

The flower and garden festival has lots of different seminars about gardening & flowers. Also has many very cool topiaries and floral arrangements all over. Very fun to see. They also have concerts. I thought it was really similar to the Food & Wine Festival except with flowers.

We did the Star Wars weekend this past may (pics on our website link under my siggie). DH is a big SW fan and really enjoyed it even though we didn't take in everything they have to offer. Millionaire was SW themed (specific show times), and there are SW characters all over the place. There was also a second parade with the SW characters in the morning and a few stars signing autographs and stuff. They had special events for kids like Jedi training camp where they got to battle Darth Vader and that guy from the newer shows who's red and black ... "Darth something or other". There are lots of SW merchandise around that you can't purchase other times of the year. DH really enjoyed it.

Thank you everyone for the info!

Ds (9yr old) is REALLY into Star Wars!!!
He would go NUTS over all of that stuff-
He was Luke Skywalker for Haloween.
(So he would already have a costume to wear!!!)
I can just picture his face when he hears about Jedi training camp-
:wiggle:

Everything on Santa's list so far, consists of StarWars gifts.

I think I would keep this event as a suprise for him though-
I love suprising him.

I pesonally would love to see the flower and Garden Festival!
definately my cup of tea!

Once again-
Thank you for your help!!!
Have a FUN day everyone-
