Has anyone bought or rented(I think I heard you can rent?) a Pal Mickey. I have been going to Disney for years and preety much know what to do but he looks kind of interesting in a trivia sort of way. Any thoughts?

Yes. I had one for a day. (DVC perk). I found it to be more trouble than it was worth. However, folks with children seem to have a better like for it.
They were really popular when they first came out, but you don't see many folks with them any more.

They rent for about 8 dollars a day and sell for about 60 dollars. If you rent for a few days and decide to buy one then they put your rental fees toward the purchase. I think it's definately worth renting for a day to see how you like it. I agree with OKWTink that it may be more trouble than it is worth. He is hard to hear in the park unless you hold im right up to your ear. My kids really enjoy him though.

We have one and we loved it. It's very helpful when you have kids too because he'll let you know when you are in a character greeting area and if they are coming out soon. We also found it helpful that Mickey let us know when the parade was about to start. Gave us a heads up on heading to Space Mountain!

Just read somewhere that as of Dec. 1st they are no longer making Pal Mickey available for rent. You then have to purchase him outright if you want to have him.

I misread the price. $60.00 is correct. And that includes the tax.

is it worth the trouble for two teenage girls, one who's obsessed with BTS stuff?
