Hi, can anyone advise me....We were planning to go to Orlando round about the end of April, the beginning of May (avoiding Easter), however my hols from work (boo!) are from the 13th May.....

As far as I can see the parks will be reasonably quiet the first couple of weeks in May, so will there be any difference the last couple of weeks???
Are the kids in America still at school during this time?? Or are there any National Holidays that will impact on our trip????

Any advice will be appreciated.......

The next BIG question will be...if I go with my family in May, (Mum/Dad/Sisters/Brothers-in-Laws/Husbands) do I go AGAIN when I have more holidays in Sept???? Am I overdoing it??? Will I lose the Disney Magic??? My DH loves the place just as much as me, so Id have NO PROBLEM persuading him...what do you think???? :D

Sorry, just thought of ANOTHER Q...if Im going twice in a year is it better value to buy an Annual Pass....and if I do, where can I price/buy one???

Sorry for the big giant question  I will appreciate anyone answering any part.....

I know that in most states the kids are in school until the first or second week in June.

yes, I'd get an AP if you're going to be at WDW 2 times next year. No you're not over doing it...we all wish we could go to WDW 2, 3, 4 times a year  You never loose the magic, it's always there.

As for where to get the AP, you'll have to go to the Disney site and purchase on line, or wait until you arrive at WDW and purchase at the parks Guest Relations window, or DTD Guest Relations.

Break even for an AP is considered to be 8 days at the parks, Mrs. D.! Anything beyond that or savings on WDW resorts is a lovely bonus! :)

Memorial Day is the last Monday in May, and many schools begin summer holidays just before that (others continue well into June--it's local thing). Expect the parks to be very busy that weekend.

hey- A lot of the school in southern US are out of school starting the 2nd week of May. There is also Memorial Day weekend May 30th in 2005). which can be crowed. The AP question, depends on how many days you plan on staying each time whether or not it will be cost effective. Sept is the least crowded time at WDW. I don't think it would be problem if you go 2 times with in a year. There are lots of people on the board who do go and love it every time (ourselves included :hehe: ).

Kids down here at out at the very beginning of June this year. Next year will be earlier as their schedule shifts to the school year starting earlier. Memorial Day is a pretty busy holiday. :) Lots of us take long weekends
