GOH Badges

It's getting down to the wire and I am trying to finish up my planning. Does anyone know if I order the guest of honor badges from the Christmas store in DTD, will they deliver them to my resort so they are there when we check in, or will they only send them to my home address? It would be a nice surprise for the family to have them waiting there in the room.

There is no in-room delivery anymore. It would be to your resort's gift shop. I don't know if they will send them to your resort before you check in though

Thanks, JM. So are you saying that when you buy something in the park and have it sent to your hotel, it will be waiting for you at the gift shop, not in your room?

I have tried calling the Christmas store to ask them and the CM at CRO said that when she tried to transfer me she got their answering machine saying they were closed until Tues., to leave a message. Can this be??? She said maybe all their lines were busy and to try back later.

Resort packages are picked up at the resort gift shop now.

You can get the badges when you get to WDW.

Anything we`ve bought in the parks have been delivered to one of the shops at the resort. You have to produce your receipt to collect it.

I don't want you to be disappointed, but, on our last visit (30 Oct-2 Nov), we tried to pick up a GOH badge and they were out of the blanks everywhere (MGM and Christmas Shop). They said they expected more in, but they didn't have any idea as to when...

WOW...I guess they are a hot item lately. I will just keep my fingers crossed :fingers: that the shops or Gifts of a Lifetime will get some in in the next few weeks. Thanks, DC.
